New boss pay rises after Franklin Coveys latest wage hike article Franklin Cove has released its latest salary figures, with the latest figures showing that its hourly personal planner is now being paid $1.55 an hour.

The company said the salary hike was achieved in the wake of a 2.2 per cent increase in the median hourly wage across the organisation.

“It is a real achievement and I am very proud to have made it,” the boss said in a statement.

It comes after a 2 per cent hike in the wages of its hourly planner in May.

More: Franklin Cove’s personal planner will earn $1,525, while the average hourly wage for its assistant planner is $1 an hour, Franklin Cove said.

Franklin Coveys annual budget was reduced by $12 million, with a $12.7 million loss in the year to April 30.

Its annual cost of living allowance for workers in the public sector was reduced to $1 million, while Franklin Cove had to reduce its annual pension contributions to $5.5 million.
